In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking: This does not apply to bookings that are postponed. The below cancellation policy does not apply to peak season bookings unless an alternative booking for the same villa in peak season can be secured, 20% on the total booking will not be refundable. IF BOOKING IS CANCELLED 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO OCCUPATION, 25% ON YOUR TOTAL BOOKING WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. IF BOOKING IS CANCELLED 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO OCCUPATION, 50% ON YOUR TOTAL BOOKING WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. IF BOOKING IS CANCELLED 2 WEEK PRIOR TO OCCUPATION, 100% OF YOUR TOTAL BOOKING WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. GROUP BOOKINGS 5 OR MORE UNITS, 50% DEPOSIT ON YOUR TOTAL BOOKING WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
