Yes, an entry fee will be charged and deducted from your breakage deposit.

  • A facial recognition link will be sent via email before arrival

Late departure fee of R400 will be levied off your breakage deposit. 

Special request can be made for a late check out with your reservation agent at Villa Rentals.

Breakage deposits are refunded, less the breakages and vehicle entry permits within 30 days after departure.

Anytime between 08:00-14:00. They have their own keys to gain access. Standard Villas do not receive daily services.

We have implemented a new facial recognition system at the beach gate for convenience and security. Please note that children under 16 will not be scanned for facial recognition.

Instead, they will be given a band at the beach gate to use for their beach access.

Yes, they can. This includes:

  • The Mashie Course, free of charge.
  • Please visit the Leisure Desk to rent equipment such as Mountain Bikes, Tennis Rackets, Golf Clubs, etc.

Yes, you can dine at the Clubhouse or Hotel Restaurant. The Clubhouse has a famous wood fire oven with the most delicious pizzas served every Friday between 12:00-19:00.

No, unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

No, towel change every 3rd day and linen change every 5th day. Standard villas are not services daily. They will only receive a linen or towel change every 5th day.
