An Exciting opportunity has arisen within our team for a Villa Co-Ordinator. We are seeking a motivated individual to build on the strong foundation established within the department.

VILLA COORDINATOR

The main purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate and timeous recording of all villa inventories, conduct guest arrival and departure checks and identify, report and assist in resolving issues relating to quality, standards, cleanliness, breakages and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

* Senior Certificate and at least 5 years related work experience

* Valid driver's licence

* Computer literacy: Excel, Word and Reservation system

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Good interpersonal skills, team player, able to use initiative and professional attitude

* Physically capable to work outdoors. Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs

* Will be required to work some weekends and or public holidays

* Own transport essential

Key Performance Areas:

Under the control of the Villa Rentals Manager, responsible for but not limited to:

* Creating and Maintaining inventories in villas

* Verifies physical inventory counts, reports and investigates discrepancies

* Reports broken or damaged inventory items and ensures relevant corrective measures are taken

* Checks villas prior to guests' arrival to ensure that the cleaning and villa is up to standard and that everything is in working order

* Stock management and balancing to breakages reported

* Performs basic technical DSTV problem resolution

* Audits and provides feedback regarding Villas that may be below company standards
